Seventh Son, released in 2014, is a fantasy movie that is based on the novel The Spook's Apprentice by Joseph Delaney. The movie boasts beautiful scenery, intricate costumes and sets, and stunning special effects, that help build the atmosphere of this dark, medieval three main characters of the movie, Master Gregory, Tom Ward, and Mother Malkin, are portrayed convincingly by Jeff Bridges, Ben Barnes, and Julianne Moore, respectively. Jeff Bridges' voice and mannerisms add depth and personality to Master Gregory, creating a believable mentor and father figure for Tom Ward. Ben Barnes' acting skills are showcased as Tom Ward develops from an unsure apprentice to a confident warrior, that is a key player in battles against the supernatural creatures.
